Event safety
Hosting events safely
We are passionately committed to making the time people spend at an event in our buildings as safe as possible for them. The main priority is therefore to prevent the transmission and spread of the COVID-19 virus, and to ensure that our staff, clients and visitors remain healthy. Accordingly, we have implemented the following measures:
The cleaning and disinfection schedule is an element of our hygiene plan.
Hand sanitiser dispensers are available in the areas that provide access to the buildings (the foyers).
Before all events, tables and all surfaces people touch with their hands (e.g. door handles, light switches, bannisters) are thoroughly cleaned with fully virucidal cleaning agents and disinfected.
Social distancing: Rules, points & distance measuring
Information about the general rules of conduct are prominently displayed in all three buildings.
Ventilation systems & infection prevention and control
Schwabenlandhalle
All rooms are well-ventilated thanks to large-scale ventilation and air conditioning systems that currently use only fresh air (no recirculation)
Alte Kelter
Together with the Alte Kelter's large floor space, the up to 14m high ceiling ensures that the space is particularly airy. The numerous windows and doors on all sides guarantee that the room is well-ventilated.
Festhalle Schmiden
The Festhalle Schmiden is equipped with a large-scale ventilation system that currently uses only fresh air. The large number of emergency exits on the window side also offer additional airing options.

Of course, we are also there for you in these challenging times, and by your side with support and advice.
Please contact the city of Fellbach's "Amt für öffentliche Ordnung" council department with regard to any potentially necessary permits for events. The respective event organiser is responsible for specific hygiene and protection measures.
